How to reach Sauris
Sauris is a small town in Carnia, a mountain area in Friuli Venezia Giulia, approximately 87 km from Udine and 35 km from Tolmezzo. Take the A23 Udine-Tarvisio motorway, exit at Carnia, and follow directions for Tolmezzo; from here on follow those for Ampezzo (SS 52), until you reach Sauris.
